About the Role

As a Senior Healthcare Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical assessment, intervention, and treatment for patients with complex needs. You will also contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices to enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Provide educational programs for junior staff and students.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant healthcare professional registration (e.g., NMC, HCPC, GPC).
  • A Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior clinical role, with evidence of leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical assessment and intervention for patients with complex needs.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical governance and current health service priorities.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
