Key Responsibilities- Lead our BAU pricing process, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver new price optimisations and trading changes.
- Develop and implement our pricing algorithm, introducing new functionality and pricing tests to drive business outcomes.
- Review data, analytical, and modelling outputs to ensure our standards are met, and dive into code when necessary.
- Background in pricing or commercially focused analytical roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large or complex datasets.
- Expertise in R, Python, or Matlab, or coding statistical methods in other languages.
- Mentoring, training, or project-based management of junior colleagues.
- Ability to quickly understand our business, value drivers, and industry context.
- Customer focus to identify profit opportunities and make decisions that benefit customers.
