Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to utilize their clinical skills in a unique and challenging environment.

Salary and Benefits
  • The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,650 (OTE) per annum, which includes a basic salary range of £38,500 - £41,500 and a quality & retention bonus of up to 10%.
  • In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension, life assurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and parental leave, you will also receive reimbursement of registration fees and support for revalidation.
About the Job

As a Nurse Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients with disabilities or health conditions, ensuring that they receive accurate and fair evaluations. Your excellent observational and communication skills will be essential in this role, as you will need to listen, empathize, and delve deeper into each client's situation.

Requirements
  • To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of one year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
  • You must also hold full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions.
  • Prior experience working efficiently, producing timely reports, and meeting targets is highly desirable.
