Job Title: Contract Planner

We are seeking an experienced Contract Planner to join our team at Premier Work Support. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage active dashboards and interactive planners to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Schedule work onto PDA's using accurate job lengths and meet specified timescales.
  • Coordinate with contractors to schedule work and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Log and follow up on emergency call-out orders to minimize downtime.
  • Reschedule follow-on orders and update clients accordingly.
  • Monitor and acknowledge reschedule rejected works from subcontractors.
  • Apply for work extensions as necessary.
  • Update systems with relevant notes to maintain accurate project records.
  • Monitor orders to ensure completion within specified targets.
  • Handle all telephone planning inquiries and provide support to contract and admin staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Planner/Work Scheduler in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in the Contractor/Housing Sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members.
