Job Description

KPA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to engineers and managers to resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  3. Liaise with suppliers to source materials and equipment required for projects.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits: Competitive salary (£42,000 - £50,000 per annum), excellent benefits package, and opportunities for professional development.

Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-4:00pm.
