Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Process Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital printing and reprographics, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reprographics department to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Lead a team of digital print operatives to achieve targets and goals
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital printing and reprographics
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

What We Offer:
