Digital Solutions Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities- Meet Sales Targets: Grow existing accounts and convert inbound opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Identify New Clients: Identify potential new clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term client partnerships.
- Gather Project Requirements: Document project requirements to shape test approaches for client projects.
- Proposal Creation: Create and commercial sign-off of proposals and quotes.
- Client Project Organisation: Organise and book client projects with our operations team.
- CRM Update: Update our CRM with detailed activities and next steps.
- Quality-Driven Approach: Maintain a methodical approach to keep projects on track, taking ownership of your work with pride.
- Technical Competence: Be comfortable with technology, navigating Microsoft Office and Google Suite efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Connect with others through clear, confident speaking, active listening, compelling writing, and engaging presentations.
