Fostering Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fostering Social Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Recruitment and Assessment Specialist, you will play a key role in finding and supporting new foster carers across the East Midlands.
About the Role:- Recruit, assess, and train new foster carers to provide high-quality care for children in need.
- Manage a small caseload of carers when there are no assessments assigned, ensuring their needs are met and they receive ongoing support.
- Build strong relationships with foster carers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE) and a valid driver's license.
- 2-3 years of post-qualified experience in social work, with a focus on fostering and assessment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies governing foster care.
