Fostering Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fostering Social Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Recruitment and Assessment Specialist, you will play a key role in finding creative ways to recruit new foster carers and bringing them through assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, assess, and train new foster carers across the East Midlands
- Manage a small caseload of carers when there are no assessments assigned
- Build lasting and positive relationships with foster carers to provide the best outcome for children
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
- Driver's license and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- 2-3 years post-qualified experience
