Independent Transportation Specialist

Location: Durham and surrounding areas
Pay rate: £4-£7 per delivery, up to 50 deliveries per day, estimated earnings of up to £1,700 per week
Shift: Monday to Saturday
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate start available
We are partnering with a leading distributor in the Durham area to recruit an Independent Transportation Specialist. This role involves transporting goods to customers in the region, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability
- Ensure all deliveries are made to the correct address and in good condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Comply with local traffic laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Must own or rent a suitable vehicle (4-meter long wheelbase van)
- Full UK driver's license required
- Business insurance must be held
