About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Graduate to join our commercial team as an Amazon Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Amazon Lead in managing the business, including advertising, reporting, and commercial execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Amazon Lead in managing a specific set of bestselling products, including daily tracking of sales, reviewing product ranking, searchability, keywords, and content.
- Maintain brand consistency by collaborating with the marketing team.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and Amazon Lead on Amazon activity and performance.
- Relay competitor activity and other relevant information back to the Amazon Lead.
- Regularly analyze sales in and sales out data for your product range and search terms.
- Analyze data trends and implement corrective actions to ensure internal and external KPIs are consistently met.
- Forecast top products to ensure high levels of stock availability at all times, working closely with Supply Chain.
- Develop and maintain close communication and excellent working relationships across the business and with Amazon contacts.
- Enhance product awareness through Amazon Advertising while keeping within the given advertising budget.
- Plan, negotiate, and implement promotional activity for your products throughout the year with a focus on key trading periods.
- Identify market gaps and propose new product ideas to expand our market share.
- Analyze and share key results and findings from all activity.
