About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales with existing and new customers
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics quarterly, sales results and annual forecasts
- Develop ideas to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, particularly in the print industry
- Hands-on experience in sales with an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Sales driven
