About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Governance Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating management information to effectively execute the change agenda. The ideal candidate will have significant prior experience in Asset Management and a solid understanding of the AM business.

The successful candidate will have a commercial and analytical mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate with external service providers and individuals at various levels. Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Business Transformation and the Global COO to supervise the change portfolio and planning.
  • Closely work with Sub Value Stream leads and Project Managers to grasp the Change MI comprehensively, enhance reporting, and assist in fulfilling senior management requests.
  • Engage with Business owners, facilitate crucial forums, and manage reporting and MI for senior executives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Sigificant prior experience in Asset Management is essential.
  • A commercial and analytical mindset is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Proficient project management abilities and competency in using Jira and Confluence tools.
