About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims within Employers Liability and Public Liability Cradle to Grave.

You will have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial losses and will be empowered with full autonomy to run claims management investigations as you deem fit through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of claims within Employers Liability and Public Liability Cradle to Grave
  • Investigate and settle claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in claims management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50-65k, dependent on experience, and a great work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial losses and will be empowered with full autonomy to run claims management investigations as you deem fit through to settlement.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with a mixture of field and office-based working required.
