Multidisciplinary Team Lead for Occupational Therapy

Sterling Cross Careers seeks an accomplished Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our specialist team at a charity-led hospital in London.

Our pioneering hospital delivers advanced care for complex HIV-related conditions, alongside neurorehabilitation and targeted step-down services for those facing health challenges and homelessness.

As a Senior OT leader, you will drive holistic care delivery for patients with specialist needs, incorporating trauma-informed therapies to enhance independence and self-management capabilities.

This full-time or part-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in supporting individuals impacted by limited specialist care and social stigma in a rewarding career.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  2. RCOT registration or eligibility
  3. Clinical focus on HIV, neurological, and/or rehabilitation services
  4. Proven leadership experience in comparable settings

Compensation Package: £57,000 per annum, taking into account the position's complexity and requirements.
