Health Visitor Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitor to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and families in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the provision of care for children and families in accordance with the principles and practice of Health Visiting.
- To manage and prioritize workload according to the identified health needs of the children and families within the community.
- To lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (2009).
- To be responsible for the supervision, line management, and delegation of duties to the skill mix team.
- To compile caseload/community profiles/health needs assessments in order to establish the health needs of the community and to plan and implement appropriate public health initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse, Registered Children's Nurse, or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification (Health Visiting).
- Current NMC Registration for Health Visiting.
- Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC V100).
