Health Visitor Role

**Job Overview:** Whittington NHS Trust is seeking a qualified Community Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) to local families, working closely with allocated GP Practices to support healthy outcomes for children and their families.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years, Health Visiting Qualification/Experience in Community Nursing, robust clinical knowledge & a knowledge of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP), excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an incredibly caring, empathic approach to all patients, a proactive and professional work ethic & excellent organisational skills.
Salary Range: £26,565 - £35,933 per annum (dependent on experience)
