Customer Acquisition Director

We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Director to join our team at Airwallex. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing retention.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in a growth function. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and implement data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging data, particularly from web analytics tools, to measure and uncover key gaps in the self-serve customer journey
- Designing and executing tests through iterative hypothesis-driven experimentation to address key gaps and friction points
Estimated salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
