About the Role

As an Enterprise Growth Specialist at Hyperity, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach. Your key responsibilities include connecting with prospects, scheduling and attending discovery meetings to understand their goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails to qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Identifying and qualifying client needs and challenges to build relationships with potential customers.
  • Seeking new business opportunities in the market by collaborating with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting.
  • Developing sales skills and reporting on activity and pipeline performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A competitive and driven personality, strong soft skills, and the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Confidence when speaking to senior-level personas, organizational skills, and a process-driven approach.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to ensure you can thrive in this challenging yet rewarding role.
