Job Title: Business Risk Specialist

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Specialist to join our team. As a Business Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and control gaps.
  • Monitor and report on risk-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on risk management best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
