Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Bristol.

This role will involve overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our owned therapy building, ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-maintained for our staff and clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, administration, and/or office operations, with a strong focus on overseeing administrative systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Assisting with operational aspects of staff away days and events
  • Supporting the set up and management of outreach centres
  • Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate expense reporting
  • Tracking and managing petty cash

About You:

You will be highly organized, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of administrative systems is essential.
