Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our retail store.

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing inspirational and personalized customer service, and using your coaching and mentoring skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, and supporting the team in achieving sales and customer service targets.

With your passion for people, our company, and our products, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Use coaching and mentoring skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis
  • Support the team in achieving sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
