About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bicester Village team as a Supervisor. As a Paul Smith brand ambassador, you will embody our Retail Values and deliver an outstanding customer experience while nurturing others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships while promoting the brand image and culture.
  • Encourage storytelling about our products and support the Shop Management to achieve and exceed set financial targets and operational efficiencies.
  • Maximise all sales and customer opportunities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Shop Management on initiatives to achieve and exceed set financial targets.
  • Share excellent product knowledge with the team, including our tailor-made services.
  • Actively take care of stock-related duties, including delivery processing, customer orders, store-to-store transfers, end-of-season returns, and stocktakes.
  • Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping are kept to the company's desired standard both on and off the shop floor.
