Data Scientist/Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist/Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our analytics capability, you will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategy to drive growth and delivering real business value at scale across the organisation.
Your RoleYou will work closely with our C-suite client stakeholders to identify and define their challenges and opportunities, and explain in business-friendly language how our analytics offering can help them achieve their goals. You will lead and motivate teams to successfully deliver projects, publish internal and public whitepapers, and represent Capgemini at conferences to showcase our capabilities and awareness of the current state-of-the-art in AI & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement large-scale AI techniques, including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, GenAI, deep learning, graph data analytics, statistical analysis, time series, geospatial, NLP, sentiment analysis, pattern detection, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI and analytics solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating complex information in an easy-to-understand form and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and motivate technical teams, managing workloads and offering technical guidance and leadership, defining upskilling strategies, running Agile processes, and identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Develop and implement data science platforms, including Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker, and machine learning frameworks, including Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Design and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud provisioning tools, including Terraform.
- Develop and implement technology deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, including Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD, and GitHub.
To be successfully appointed to this role, you must have a strong track record of delivering large-scale AI and analytics projects, experience of working with cloud platforms and technology deployment strategies, and a proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
