Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Legals 4 Lawyers. As a key member of our Commercial Property department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a client portfolio through effective marketing, social media, and networking opportunities.
  • Deal with a broad range of client work, including landlord and tenant arrangements, commercial property sales, purchases, leases, and lease extensions.
  • Ensure all appropriate searches are undertaken and submissions to The Land Registry are made.
  • Manage client expectations, risk, and case and file management.
  • Support the development of other team members and participate in CPD.
  • Represent the firm at local networking events and support wider Firm business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years PQE experience in a Commercial Property team, or substantial experience as a paralegal with a desire to learn about development work and plot sales.
  • Experience of business tenancy arrangements, commercial landlord/tenant work, party wall act negotiations, purchase of commercial properties for conversion to residential dwellings, land acquisition for commercial property development, and rezoning.
  • Strong communication skills, IT literacy, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues.
