Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the General Counsel & Head of Company Secretary in dealing with all aspects of Company Secretariat responsibilities.
  • Develop the profile and services of the team, ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance.
  • Carry out a diverse range of company secretariat duties, including board support, statutory compliance, and governance matters.
  • Act as secretary to governance committees and deputise at board meetings.
