Procurement Specialist

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to play a key role in shaping the organisation's material sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide market intelligence and updates on new materials and applications to the Sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers to position the organisation as their preferred customer.
- Negotiate optimal pricing to secure new business and foster long-term growth.
- Regularly review material costs and identify opportunities to maintain or improve profit margins.
- Monitor market trends and adapt to changes in material availability.
- Ensure that all materials purchased meet customer specifications and comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Work with suppliers and logistics teams to minimise working capital without compromising customer service.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance their On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Support ongoing product development by sourcing new materials and suppliers.

- Demonstrates honesty and integrity, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
