About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Continence Staff Nurse to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote self-care and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of continence services and policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to ensure high standards of care
Requirements
  • NMC registration
  • Relevant continence or community experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car for work
