Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction. This will involve assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.

The Continence Staff Nurse will also be responsible for delivering care across a range of community settings, using their skills and expertise to promote independence and self-care among patients.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include NMC registration, relevant continence or community experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
