About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continence Staff Nurse to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote self-care and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of continence services, including assessment, planning, and evaluation
  • Work closely with the community team to deliver care across a range of settings

  • Relevant continence or community experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car
