About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at ME London Hotel. As a Food Runner / Busser, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests, adhering to operational standards and relevant legal requirements.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, addressing returning guests by name to create a personalized experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings, capable of describing menu items clearly and helpfully.
  • Support guests in selecting their orders and encourage additional purchases, responding confidently to any menu-related questions.
  • Take and relay food and beverage orders promptly to the kitchen or bar for preparation.
  • Address guest questions and refer complaints or compliments to the duty manager as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all service-related areas before, during, and after shifts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Spanish knowledge desirable.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards.

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
