As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful integration of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) into mainstream education.

As an Education Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students with complex needs, enabling them to access learning opportunities and reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
