About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our award-winning Communications and Engagement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of high-quality digital projects and marketing campaigns that drive real behaviour change and service growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of digital projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering specialized digital products and services, fostering innovation and creativity.
  • Manage full project lifecycles, from audience identification and demographic profiling to the delivery and evaluation of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital project and campaign management, including planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including website management, SEO, content management, and user experience mapping.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with partners, clients, and colleagues.
