Supervisor Opportunity at Newmarket

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Newmarket. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail experience.
