About the Role:

Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of external building contractors, ensuring that works are carried out on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the school and wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct external building contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of works.
  • Oversee the school and premise site security systems, ensuring they remain in excellent working order 24/7.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety Regulations, including Fire and Evacuation, Asbestos, and Legionella checks.
  • Conduct site access route and site vehicle checks.
  • Arrange internal decoration and site repair works, ensuring best price versus budget allowances and meeting school timescales.
  • Provide regular reports and improvement logs to the Regional Estates Manager, detailing all works and possible concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or within an Estate Management post.
  • Extensive Health and Safety Site experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

What We Offer:
