Test Engineer for Complex Systems

We are seeking a skilled Production Test Engineer to join our team at Click Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement test plans and procedures to diagnose and resolve test failures.
- Conduct thorough testing of complex electronic and electrical equipment, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve test equipment issues and ensure efficient progress of equipment and quality notifications.
- Evaluate technical problems and develop proposals for investigations and corrective actions, including process improvements.
- Represent the test engineering team at Defect Review Board meetings to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- HNC/HND (Electronics) or equivalent qualification, plus significant experience in digital and analogue electronics manufacture and test.
- Strong understanding of measurement and test principles, as well as associated equipment.
- Knowledge of RF and microwave technology at subsystem level is an advantage.
- Understanding of Environmental testing (including ESS) is also an advantage.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
