Global Accounting Network is partnering with a luxury retail brand to recruit an experienced finance professional for their dynamic team. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment and gain exposure to a range of financial processes in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank accounts across multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage the sales order to cash process, ensuring timely customer payments and maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Identify and collect overdue accounts, following the debt collection process and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Prepare the Top 10 Debtors Report for the weekly Management Executive Group meeting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Generate the daily Flash Sales report for the Management Executive Group to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all journals are posted accurately to maintain financial integrity.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable roles with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Motivated and proactive individual with strong communication skills.
