We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Professional to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our corporate governance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's secretarial function.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the preparation and distribution of annual reports, driving progress on audit queries, and working closely with the Group Company Secretary to provide support and guidance to the Board. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with changes to company law and best practices, building and maintaining key compliance frameworks, and providing strong support to the Chairman and Committee.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, flexible working hours, Group Life Assurance, Healthcare cashplan, and Learning and Development opportunities. You will also benefit from our strong office-centric culture, where you will have the opportunity to shape the framework across the governance team and work closely with the Group Company Secretary to drive progression within the business.
