Payroll and HR Coordinator

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of payroll processes for three companies within a growing group. As a key member of the team, you will manage HR documentation, serve as the main point of contact for all payroll and HR-related queries, and oversee time and attendance systems.
Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll for three companies with accuracy and submit to HMRC on time
- Manage HR documentation, including employee contracts, holiday entitlements, and starter/leaver processes
- Oversee time and attendance system and ensure payroll reports are prepared and communicated effectively
This part-time role offers flexibility with 3 days per week, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. You will have autonomy to manage payroll and HR functions independently, taking ownership of your work and contributing to the company's growth and development.
