As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team. You will also be responsible for estimating the value of the business using the correct estimation calculations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team
* Estimating the value of the business using the correct estimation calculations and processes
* Preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries from interested parties, encouraging offers, and negotiating sales
* Progressing sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors
* Utilising our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage the sale processes and deliver real-time, accurate reporting
* Developing your own portfolio of business sales across the region
* Networking with fellow professionals, industry contacts, and influencers
Requirements:
* Professional Experience
\t* Previous experience within an Estate Agency business
\t* Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
\t* Experience of working with Salesforce
