Job Title: Postal Delivery Driver

Location: Edinburgh, EH12

Job Type: Full-time

Contract Length: 8 weeks initially

Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour

Working Hours: 10:30 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday

Overtime: May be available/weekend working required

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points
  • Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and collect post/parcels to be delivered
  • Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures for deliveries
  • Deliver letters and parcels, with parcels weighing up to 20kg
  • Drive and deliver on foot, pushing/pulling a trolley during deliveries
