Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Profiles Personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering and actioning all incoming calls and emails in a professional and polite manner.
  • Receive and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Update the company's bespoke project planner and database system.
  • Assist in the administration of sub-contractors and suppliers, including issuing and tracking purchase orders.
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks that may be requested.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conscientious, reliable, and willing to take on new challenges.

Working Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Security clearance is required, and applicants must have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years and have no criminal record.
