We are seeking a dedicated Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) performance at regional and depot levels.
- Provide key support in developing and implementing improvement actions, initiatives, and plans.
- Review documentation for appropriate health and safety content.
- Visit sites and advise site management on day-to-day health and safety matters.
- Ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety Legislation, CDM Regs, and client standards.
- Deliver toolbox talks on health, safety, and wellbeing themes.
Requirements:
- Passionate about the Health and Safety Profession.
- Experience of developing and improving processes, and driving SHE performance.
- Excellent IT skills with experience in using Teams, Excel, and Databases.
