About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Manager at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Distribution Centre. This includes ensuring that all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
  • Implement and maintain ISO, GPD, Health and Safety, and MHRA regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage local budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Proven warehouse experience and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of laws and regulations relating to Health & Safety.
