As part of the Financial Times, one of the world's most respected brands and news sources, the Engineering Insights team builds internal platforms that streamline information access about the FT's technical estate. Our goal is to empower everyone across the product and technology department to make informed decisions using our data.

Our flagship service is called Biz Ops, a knowledge graph about our people, teams, and technologies. This information facilitates connection and automation, enables operations to quickly navigate incidents, and helps teams track problems.

Tech at the Financial Times
