You're an ambitious chef who's eager to elevate the culinary experience for our customers at Lounge. With a passion for real cooking and a commitment to quality ingredients, you'll thrive in our fast-paced kitchen environment. As an Executive Chef, you'll lead by example, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including tips shared equally across the team, paid breaks, and a 50% discount on food in all three brands from day one. You'll also enjoy 28 days' holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) pro rata, as well as opportunities for personal development and career progression in a growing business.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety. You should be driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to work at pace with limited supervision.
