Track Systems Team Leader

At Colas Rail, we are seeking a highly skilled Track Systems Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising work groups, ensuring the safety and quality of our work, and providing training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety integrity of all activities undertaken by the staff you are responsible for.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of projects, working closely with the Construction Manager and supervisor.
  • Oversee the allocation of labour resources to projects, ensuring the team is utilized to its full potential.
  • Populate redline drawings and ITP checks as work is completed.
  • Make recommendations for career planning and development of site labour resources.

Requirements:

  • Hold PTS, COSS track safety competencies or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of team leadership and influencing staff.
  • Previous experience of Track & Systems installation and construction activities, ideally for urban systems (Tramways, LRT).
