About the Role:
Academics LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and support to students with special educational needs.

This role is based in the eastern area of Birmingham and requires the successful candidate to be available to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have the ability to confidently cover across all year groups, as this is an all-through school.

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Our team of educators and support staff work collaboratively to develop and implement individualized education plans, utilizing innovative strategies to engage students and promote academic success.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide high-quality teaching and support to students with SEND
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Utilize innovative strategies to engage students and promote academic success
- Qualified SEND Teacher with relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively with children with complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
