Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Network Operations Specialist to join our Distribution Service Delivery Team at Severn Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our Underground Water network, ensuring the delivery of high-quality water services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain our Underground Water network, including the upkeep of our Clean Water Network and repair of Clean Water Main Assets.
  • Conduct excavation work on Severn Trent sites and private lands, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with other departments and contract partners to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Use up-to-date technology to support back-office data upkeep and contribute to the development of our operations team.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license is required for independent travel to depots and bases.
  • Experience of working safely and operating compliantly is essential, with a duty of care to colleagues and the general public.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach.
