We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Controller to join our team at Gousto. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the flow of products and boxes throughout our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze production line performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Provide training and support to new recruits and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify trends
- Strong understanding of production line operations and logistics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and experience with SCADA software (desirable)
